Max grew up in Livingston, New Jersey just outside of New York City. Heiring from a
long lineage of successful entrepreneurs, He has been involved in real estate his entire
life. He graduated from Livingston High School in 2013 and The University of Tampa in
2017 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications.
In 2017, Max alongside his brother Ryan, moved to Miami and started what is now the
fastest growing custom home automation company in South Florida. Working with many
of the most recognized & respected developers, interior designers, luxury builders and
high-end clients. He has curated a powerful and influential rolodex of high net worth
clientele, with a reputation of exceeding expectations and getting deals done. He's
cultivated strong relationships with some of South Florida's most powerful figures and
has completed projects in some of the most notable communities and buildings from
Miami to Palm Beach County, with a concentration in Miami Beach.
In 2020, Max and Ryan, co-founded The Farbstein Team at Douglas Elliman. Offering a
seamless experience for their clients and further expanding their capabilities.
Max and Ryan have been featured in some of the most prominent publications including
Forbes, Architectural Digest, The Real Deal, Ocean Drive, Inman and many more. Since joining Elliman, Max has done over $100 million in closed
sales and continues to set numerous records. Most notably the historic sale using
Cryptocurrency for the LPH at Arte, the sale was the largest Cryptocurrency real estate
transaction in history and also set the record for highest price per foot sold in all of
Miami Beach in 2021. Max also holds the record for highest price per square foot sold in
the Ritz Carlton Residences of Sunny Isles Beach.
As an up-and-coming developer and realtor, Max has made a name for himself, having
recently completed over $45 million in new construction development alongside his
family. Max is very active within the Miami Beach community always looking to support
and fund various philanthropic organizations. Max is also a Mt. Sinai Miami Beach
Hospital Ambassador. He has earned the respect of the community through integrity
and dedication to helping others.
Beyond real estate, Max enjoys spending time with his family in New Jersey, New York
& California. He is passionate about sports and has a love for tennis, so much so that
he is a nationally-ranked tennis player for the Crandon Park Men's USTA team. In his
spare time, you can find Max reading and listening to podcasts, traveling with friends,
going for a run outdoors, and exploring new restaurants and local hotspots on the
weekends.
